Welcome to Lakeside Wellness, where I offer an integrated and compassionate approach to helping clients navigate their life path with authenticity and grace. My offering comes from a place of understanding as a wounded healer, one that is grounded in both knowledge and life experience across various modalities of psychology, business, leadership and various traditional and spiritual practices.
Let me walk beside you for a while, and together we will re-member that which has been broken and forgotten, re-connect that which was lost and is ready to be found, and re-ignite that which has been dimmed and is ready to come into the light. It is in our brokenness that the light comes in.
My Approach
Living a Life of Meaning, Purpose and Compassion
I meet clients where they are at, and walk alongside them as a guide to help them navigate the path that they are on. Whether you are an executive who is building your leadership skills, a healing professional suffering from burnout, an adult in crisis or grief, or someone searching to create more meaning and fulfilment in your life, I will hold the space and work with you to find what works best for your circumstances and in alignment with your values, challenges, and strengths. You are the master of your life, and you make the decisions that will move you forward towards a life of meaning, purpose and compassion.
Our first session will assess and determine what route will work best for you, and together we will agree on a plan for the journey. I do not offer instant solutions, magic tricks or esoteric miracles. And in this space we put down the spiritual, emotional and intellectual bypassing habits. The magic happens when we face ourselves at the deepest level, in authentic relating, and come to terms with our life choices and experiences - the good, the bad and the ugly... but also the beautiful and magical aspects of our life.
